Here is what is known about Plaguey:
¶ He is a doctor from Plague times
¶ His beak mask is filled with spices to mask the stench of death around him
¶ He is covered from head to toe to avoid human contact
¶ He carries a stick to remove the clothes from plague victims without touching them
¶ He fits in my tuxedo
